This model is the Datsun 510 Peter owned personally during the BRE race years. Brock painted his personal car in this striking yellow livery and called it the Screaming Yellow Zonker after a popular candy that came in a bright yellow wrapper. When Ebro models decided to do a model of the Screaming Yellow Zonker they couldn’t call it that as it would have been trademark infringement so for their model they called it the Brock Buster. The real car was recently located and restored to original condition and attended the BRE Open House three years ago. This is the only model set ever made with the two most important BRE Datsun 510s in Peter’s life.
